YABBA would like to encourage you to have the maximum number of students vote. Students may vote for only 1 book.
The shortlisted books are nominated earlier in the year, however, students may vote for other titles that meet the guidelines (see below). If the title isn't shortlisted, but meets the guidelines it is still eligible for voting. Don't worry if you are unsure whether the book title fits into a particular section, simply record the information on the tally sheet. |

NOTE: These documents are in "PDF format" so you will need to to view or print them.
Put the PREVIOUS YABBA WINNER in a prominant place to have students check for their book prior to voting. If a book is on the list, the student need to choose another book! Some schools print the shortlist (available in term 2) on GREEN paper and the previous winners list on PINK paper to distinguish which titles can be chosen and which cannot. Procedure for ONLINE VotingUse this form to submit your Votes for the 2012 YABBA Winners in each section.NOTE: Our online voting facility does not work with some Firewalls.You may receive a "Missing Referrer" error, in which case you will need to submit your vote via paper ballot You can vote in onlyone section. Voting closes at 5pm on the prescribed date as shown in the YABBA Schedule on the Important dates section on the YABBA home page. If you vote online you can NOT vote by paper as well. REMEMBER: You can only vote for 1 book
  Procedure for BALLOT PAPER Voting
You are encouraged to sort votes prior to despatch and record results on the official VOTE TALLY SHEET ( included in the VOTING GUIDE ). If you find your students are voting for titles other than those on the shortlist, you will need to create a Tally Sheet for these books and write in these additional titles,
