A bit of history if you come across this site: in 1994-1998, a group of St Kilda residents actively opposed what we believe to be improper conduct by the then Minister for Planning. We conducted an active campaign, and the website was one of our vehicles. We got quite a bit of press coverage. We didn't get exactly what we wanted, but it was a warning to sleazly developers and political colleagues. I'm pretty amazed when I look at this site -- it's an early example of community e-politics, even if it only got a few hits. (September, 2005)
