Jogging is also very good but be careful with it as well, if you are overweight take it easy until some of the weight disappears. Swimming is also very good for a body, but take it easy 'til you feel good. Then gradually increase the distance and the speed."

Walking is very good, but you must walk as quickly as you can without getting distressed, start at a comfortable pace and as you get fitter, gradually increase your speed - always listen to your body, if it starts crying out for mercy cut back on the speed.
