The Gammaline telephone counselling service is specifically directed toward men who have sex with men and women and the female partners of these men. The service provides information and counselling in the areas of sexuality, HIV and STD transmission, relationship issues and HIV antibody testing.
Trained counsellors are available through the service at the following times:
During the day:
Monday 2 pm - 4 pm
Tuesday - Friday 10 am - 4 pm
Saturday 2 pm - 4pm 

Evening hours:

Monday  8pm - 10 pm
Sunday  8pm - 10 pm
*Please Note:
When the phones are not staffed a recorded message will always indicate the next
available counselling session and the date of the next support group meeting.
Face to Face Counselling

This service is available by appointment during the centre’s operating hours. Appointments outside of these hours can be arranged but only in urgent situations when attendance for day time counselling is not possible. There are no specific charges for face to face counselling services but, a donation to the centre is appreciated.
